For 26 years, Tracey Huff has had a tremendous amount of experience in the financial services industry, from managing call centres with 300+ team members to designing credit card programs, and from commercial lending to most recently leading 24 branches. She has specialized in coaching non-traditional salespeople to become focused on customers and achieve new levels of sales and service in a historically reactive industry.
Current clients include small business owners, professionals and corporate salespeople from a variety of industries, all with a common goal of achieving more and feeling positive about what they do. Tracey understands what it takes to break new frontiers, having pioneered many new initiatives in her field.
The event is being held on Thursday, April 28th, 2005 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Coast Harbourside Hotel. The luncheon presentation is $35 for guests. SME member's meals are included in membership dues.
