Adil H. Chagani, Senior Manager with the Advisory Services Practice at KPMG Victoria

Adil Chagani is a Senior Manager with KPMG's Advisory Services practice in Victoria. Adil has a Bachelor of Arts' degree in in Political Science and is a Professional Logistician (P.Log.), certified in the field of logistics and supply chain managmeent. Adil has also completed the Project Managment program at Royal Roads University and will take the Project Management Professional exam in summer 2005. Adil specializes in Risk Management and Operations Improvement, having worked with clients from a variety of industries in Canada and the United States, including the following engagements:

• corporate restructuring at a major telecom;
• transformation of a fuel cell company from research to production;
• logistics and supply chain management for a bus manufacturer;
• development of a perimeter clearance strategy for Canada, the United States and Mexico;
• risk management for a variety of public and private sector organizations.

Adil has given many lectures and has written numerous articles on the topics of Risk Managment and Project Management. Adil recently relocated from Vancouver to Bear Mountain and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

The event is being held on Thursday, Mar 31st, 2005 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at McMorrans in Cordova Bay. The luncheon presentation is $35 for guests. SME member's meals are included in membership dues.
